Role Description

We're on the lookout for a sociable and engaging Social Media Executive to join our team at Honest London in a hybrid role. This role requires a mix of media planning, effective communication, social media marketing prowess, content writing, and social media optimisation (SMO). While primarily based in Greater London, the position allows for flexibility to work remotely. However, the ability to participate in content shoots within London, the UK and abroad while maintaining a personable demeanour is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media planning strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across various social media platforms.

  • Build brilliant relationships with clients, maintaining clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times to understand and meet their needs effectively.

  • Engage in regular communication with team members and the public, embodying a friendly and professional approach, coupled with a 'can-do' attitude towards solving problems and tackling challenges.

  • Create and manage a content calendar for social media marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant postings that resonate with the target audience.

  • Craft engaging, creative content for different platforms, tailoring messages to fit the audience and goals of each channel, whilst maintaining the brand's voice and objectives.

  • Utilise social media optimisation (SMO) techniques to increase reach and engagement, analysing platform trends and audience preferences to inform strategies.

  • Analyse social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools, applying best practices to keep the agency’s and clients’ profiles at the forefront of digital marketing.

  • Participate in content shoots in London, UK and abroad showcasing the ability to translate brand messages into compelling visual content.

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly reports for clients, highlighting achievements, insights gained from data analysis, and strategic recommendations for future actions, fostering transparency and trust.
